Purchase Invoices

Invoices are issued for all purchases and are due upon receipt. Full payment of all purchase invoices must be received and processed

by Rhineland Cutlery.ca / Sherrick Holdings Ltd. staff prior to shipment of any product. If a payment is not received or payment method

is declined, no items will be shipped.


Accepted Methods of Payment are: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Visa Debt, Discover, and American Express), Cheque/Money

Order. Credit cards will be charged when you place your order.

Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and are based on the weight of

your products and your location. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Rhineland Cutlery.ca / Sherrick Holdings Ltd ensures that all packages are secured appropriately for method of shipment. If an item

is damaged during shipping, buyer is to make a claim to the shipping company; Rhineland Cutlery.ca / Sherrick Holdings Ltd is not

responsible for damage to contents after items leave their facility.


We typically use regular shipment provided by Canada Post to deliver our orders.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some

orders may not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders

If an item you have purchased is out of stock, it may be shipped to you separately from your original order. You will not be charged any

additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for refund within 10 days of your original purchase.

Items must be returned in good condition with no noticeable wear or use, and in their original packaging. All returned items are subject

to review by Rhineland Cutlery.ca / Sherrick Holdings Ltd staff prior to approval to ensure that returned items are able to be restocked.

Once your item has been received, reviewed and deemed to be in good condition, a refund will be issued using the same method of

original payment. No refunds will be issued on items returned after 10 days or on returned items that are damaged, worn, or otherwise

misused. Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of return receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee; this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned: Note there are no refunds on special orders or engraved items.


Rhineland Cutlery.ca / Sherrick Holdings Ltd reserves the right to deny any and all exchanges of product, except where required by


Warranty Returns

Rhineland Cutlery products carry a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty for the original purchaser, the warranty is not transferable.

Rhineland Cutlery warranties your cutlery purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any piece or component

found defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. If you think you have a

defective product that is covered by this warranty, contact 1-800-960-2218 for further instructions.
